EmpowerEd provides personalized academic enrichment and IEP-aligned support for neurodivergent children, partnering with families and schools to build confidence, strengthen skills, and ensure meaningful progress in and beyond the classroom.

Academic Enrichment - IEP Services

At EmpowerEd, we believe an empowered student thrives when the right supports work together. We partner directly with your child’s school system, teachers, and Child Study Team to align academic enrichment with IEP goals. We also collaborate with your child’s outside providers, including speech and BCBA specialists, to ensure consistency across all areas of learning.

By becoming part of your child’s learning environment, we provide personalized instruction, progress monitoring, and meaningful input that guides other services. This coordinated approach strengthens skills, builds confidence, and creates lasting success for every EmpowerEd student.

  • Academic Enrichment Prices

    Academic Enrichment begins with a $125 initial evaluation. Weekly individual sessions are offered at $85 (1x/week), $160 (2x/week), or $225 (3x/week). Small-group options (no more than two students) are available at reduced rates. IEP support, school collaboration, and progress tracking are included within these services.

    IEP Implementation & School Collaboration


    $450 per month


    This service includes:


    • Ongoing collaboration with your child’s teachers and Child Study Team

    • Alignment of academic enrichment with IEP goals

    • Coordination with outside providers (speech, BCBA, etc.)

    • Progress monitoring and strategy sharing

    • Monthly parent check-ins

  • What types of learning differences does EmpowerEd support?

    We support neurodivergent learners with dyslexia, ADHD, autism, language processing differences, executive functioning challenges, and other learning needs. Our services are personalized to each child’s unique profile.

  • How is academic enrichment different from traditional tutoring?

    Traditional tutoring focuses on homework help. Academic enrichment at EmpowerEd builds underlying skills, confidence, and learning strategies while aligning with school goals and IEP plans for long-term progress. We offer a customized approach that guides the development in all areas of therapy.

  • Do you work with children who have IEPs or 504 Plans?

    Yes. We specialize in IEP and 504-aligned support and design enrichment plans that reinforce school accommodations and academic goals.

  • How do you align your services with my child’s school and IEP goals?

    We review IEPs, communicate with school teams when permitted, and design instruction that supports classroom expectations, accommodations, and targeted skill development.

  • Will EmpowerEd communicate with my child’s teachers and Child Study Team?

    Yes. With parent consent, we collaborate with teachers and Child Study Teams to share insights, strategies, and progress updates for consistent support across environments.

  • What does the initial assessment process look like?

    We begin with a parent consultation and student assessment to understand strengths, challenges, and learning style. This guides a personalized enrichment and support plan.

  • How is my child’s personalized learning plan created?

    Plans are built using assessment results, school information, IEP goals, and family input. Instruction is tailored to your child’s needs and adjusted as progress is monitored.

  • How often will my child attend sessions?

    Session frequency depends on your child’s needs and goals. Most students attend one to three sessions per week.

  • How do you measure student success?

    Success is measured through data tracking, skill mastery, confidence growth, school feedback, and family input. We maintain a 98% student growth success rate.

  • Can EmpowerEd help if my child is already receiving school-based services?

    Absolutely. We provide the extra layer of support that reinforces and extends school-based services.

  • What are your rates and payment options?

    Rates vary by service. We offer private pay options and superbills for possible insurance reimbursement. Details are provided during your consultation.
